A 25-year-old Dublin woman pleads not guilty to helping her boyfriend kill San Francisco’s Condor Club manager outside his Santa Rosa home.
Asia Lozano Morton will await trial under strict supervision, including a GPS monitor and no contact with her boyfriend, Richard Lund. Lund remains in custody without bail.
Investigators say Mark Calcagni was shot five times near his home in a killing they believe was planned, possibly linked to the couple being fired from the North Beach landmark.
Morton was arrested at San Francisco International Airport after returning from Spain.
