The Santa Rosa Police Department is seeing major results from its “Missing Person Monday” social media campaign, which has already helped resolve 13 adult cold cases since it first launched.
The effort has been so successful—locating people who had been missing as far back as 2005—that the department just kicked off its fourth round of highlights last month.
