Santa Rosa has officially kicked off the search for its next City Manager, and city leaders are looking for a “seasoned” leader to tackle a multi-million dollar budget deficit and a growing list of infrastructure needs.
The Press Democrat reports the city has hired an executive firm to find a permanent replacement for Maraskeshia Smith, who left for Sacramento last month.
If you want a say in who takes over the $550 million budget and daily operations at City Hall, an online community survey is open now through March 8th.
