Car Crashes Down Napa County Embankment Sending Two People to the Hospital

A man was airlifted after a crash sent a car rolling down an embankment in Napa County. On Sunday evening, a BMW driving on Highway 128 near Wragg Canyon Road lost control and went off the road. It went down an embankment, flipped over, hit a tree, and then landed upright. The driver, 20-year-old Miguel Pina, managed to get out of the vehicle with moderate injuries. However, his 21-year-old passenger was pinned inside with major injuries. Emergency crews were able to get the man out of the car and airlift him to a hospital in Vacaville. Pina was also taken to the hospital for his injuries but then arrested for DUI.
