Piner High School Student Arrested for Threatening Students with a Knife

A 15-year-old Piner High School student has been cited by police on suspicion of threatening other students with knife during an argument in the library. The alleged threats prompted a shelter-in-place order on campus on Thursday. No knife was found on campus, but police believe the boy did have one on Tuesday. Officers cited the student for having a weapon on campus then turned him over to his parents.
