There’s at least one thing California storm victims won’t have to worry about right away. The IRS is offering some relief by extending the tax deadline a month. This applies to the 31 counties in disaster mode including San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Sacramento, Sonoma, Napa and Yuba. Those residents will have until May 15th to file their personal and business taxes as well as make payments.
