Two people have been arrested in Petaluma for possessing concealed firearms. An officer pulled over a car in downtown Petaluma Saturday night. They talked with the driver, Andy Martinez, and the passenger, Santino Morales, and found out that Morales was on probation for a prior firearms charge. Police then searched the vehicle and found two loaded handguns, one in Martinez’s waistband. Both men were arrested on multiple gun charges. Morales got additional charges because he is a felon.
