Several Bay Area colleges are being called the best in California. Stacker ranked schools based on things like tuition, acceptance rate, graduation rate and location. Stanford University comes out on top with a student-to-teacher ratio of two to one and an acceptance rate of five-percent. UC Berkeley is eighth on the list with enrollment at 29-thousand. Santa Clara University is 15th and the University of San Francisco is 25th.
