Two people were arrested in Rohnert Park after they were found in a stolen car with drugs. Last Wednesday afternoon, an officer on patrol found a stolen vehicle in a parking lot near Walmart. With help from other officers, they were able to stop the vehicle with a high-risk stop. After detaining the driver and passenger, officers found out that the passenger, Daniel Kohler, had sold the car to a victim and then stole it using keys he had kept. The driver, Desiree Nicoll, didn’t appear to have knowledge of the theft. However, she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. A search of the two suspects and the car turned up suspected meth and fentanyl.
