Two have been arrested in Petaluma on gun charges. On Wednesday night, police pulled over a vehicle driven by Jose Ricardo Rubio-Rivas with Daniel Anguiano-Rivas as the passenger. Rubio-Rivas was on active Sonoma County Pretrial Release for a felony reckless evading charge. Police were allowed to search the vehicle and did, finding a loaded handgun under the passenger’s seat. A records check on the firearm revealed it was stolen out of Fresno. Rubio-Rivas and Anguiano-Rivas were both arrested on gun charges.
