A 15-year-old boy who was shot during a suspected gang-related fight in Santa Rosa has died. The boy was shot multiple times on Saturday and died late Sunday night. He is the second teen to die from gun violence in Santa Rosa in as many weeks. Witnesses say the other people involved in the shooting all left the scene before police arrived. The recent gang-related shootings have prompted SRPD Chief John Cregan to call for a reinstatement of the department’s Gang Crimes Team.
