A graffiti tagger has been arrested in Petaluma. On Sunday, Petaluma police received a call regarding someone spray-painting graffiti on a sound barrier near a bus stop on the 700 block of North McDowell Boulevard. Officers responded and the vandal tried to flee on a bus but he was quickly detained. Eighteen-year-old Jacob Castiglia admitted to about 6 more similar vandalisms across Petaluma. Officers found spray paint and a marker on Castiglia.
