Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton was in Napa yesterday. As vice chair of the Clinton Foundation, she visited the waiting room of the Napa County Health and Human Services Agency to tout the success of a special pilot program. Through the foundation and the California Department of Social Services, the waiting room was given a facelift with the addition of books, toys, and language-related material. Clinton said all children and caregivers deserve access to spaces like this. Clinton hopes to bring this program to all counties in the state.
