Santa Rosa police are looking for a driver who they say hit a 13-year-old girl, got out and helped her up, walked her to the sidewalk, then quickly drove off. The Comstock Middle School student, who was hit in a crosswalk on Tuesday, has minor injuries and is expected to fully recover. Investigators say the man hit the girl while turning right on a red light.
