The trial of the Montgomery High School student accused of stabbing a classmate to death in March is underway. Two witnesses, an art teacher and a classroom aide, testified on Thursday. They say a fight between the two boys started quickly and without warning, and ended with a 16-year-old junior getting stabbed in their art classroom. The student who was stabbed was not enrolled in the class. The classroom aide also says she tried to separate the boys after realizing they were fighting. Their testimony is scheduled to resume this afternoon.
