At least one duck at another poultry farm in Sonoma County has tested positive for a highly contagious strain of the bird flu. Liberty Ducks avoided the initial outbreak in late November, but says it had a positive test last week. The positive test comes despite strict quarantine protocols being in place. Last week, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors declared a local emergency due to the bird flu outbreak. Hundreds of thousands of birds were put down at Reichardt Duck Farm and a Sunrise Farms site.
