Applications are now being accepted for the second phase of the College Creek affordable housing development in Santa Rosa. USA Properties Fund, which is managing the development, says 76 people have been pre-approved for leases since last week. The apartment complex will also feature an office space, which isn’t fully built yet. Construction of the 164-unit development started in 2022. It is replacing an abandoned government office complex that used to stand on the same land. Construction is expected to be finished later this year.
