A driver is okay after their car got stuck in floodwaters on a road near Forestville. On Tuesday morning, first responders rescued the person from what’s described as “tire-high” floodwaters in the area of Wohler and River Roads. Nine of Sonoma County’s roads were closed due to flooding on Tuesday morning.
