Three people, including two Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies, are recovering after they were rescued from the Russian River in Guerneville. On Sunday afternoon, the deputies went to rescue a woman who was seen clinging to a bush in the Russian River, when they briefly became trapped in the water themselves. A swift water rescue team was able to pull the woman into a boat and take her to shore, then went back to retrieve the deputies. Only the woman was hospitalized, but her condition is not clear.
