Two students in Petaluma are in trouble for allegedly setting off illegal fireworks. Kenilworth Junior High School went into lockdown yesterday over what sounded like an explosion next to the quad. Everyone was evacuated to the blacktop while officers put their new K-9 to work. After an extensive search, officers determined the boom came from a firecracker in the boy’s bathroom. The two kids were arrested on several charges.
