Sonoma County’s Republican and Democratic Parties Agree on Three Things for the November Election

The Sonoma County Republican Party and Sonoma County Democratic Party are in agreement on three of the same endorsements for the November election. Both parties are urging voters to vote no on Measure J. If passed, it would limit the size of local poultry farms and dairies. Both parties are also endorsing a no vote on Windsor’s Measure Q, which would change how the town solicits bids for its municipal trash hauling contract. Sonoma County’s Democratic and Republican parties are also in agreement in opposing Cloverdale’s Measure DD, which would give Cloverdale its own standalone municipal sales tax.
