Sonoma officials have named the man who died in a crash on Highway 12 in Santa Rosa. Twenty-six-year-old Christopher Blanchard was named yesterday as the victim of the crash on Highway 12 near Merced Avenue. The Santa Rosa resident was pronounced dead at the scene.
