The owner of Amy’s Wicked Slush has had all of her charges dismissed. Sonoma County prosecutors dismissed theft charges yesterday against Amy Covin. She was accused of multiple felonies that alleged she stole nearly $12-thousand from former tile contractor Ronnie Fisher. Covin agreed to pay back the money and the case is being dropped. Covin had previously won a small claims case against Fisher in 2019, and she is still due a little over ten-thousand dollars. According to the Press Democrat, she thought she was clear to collect the money in the small claims case.
