The son of Bill Gallaher is facing felony charges for allegedly stealing from a Santa Rosa-based bank. Yesterday, the Sonoma County Superior Court Judge postponed the arraignment of Marco Gallaher and his then-girlfriend Rachele Eschenburg. According to documents Marco Gallaher is accused of stealing from Poppy Bank. Officials say he had been fraudulently using a shareholder account for credit card payments, online purchases, and withdrawals totaling over 100-thousand dollars.
