Congressman Mike Thompson with Brooke Ingleheart Ross and Jasmine Palmer
Congressman Mike Thompson is recognizing two women who work at a treatment center in Santa Rosa. Brooke Ingleheart Ross and Jasmine Palmer were chosen as the 2023 Sonoma County Women of the Year. Ross is a graduate of the program and Palmer is a counselor. Both are being honored for their work at Athena House and finding the program a new home at Hope Village, which could reopen within a year. Athena House is a substance abuse treatment program for women which had to close last July.
