Santa Rosa’s Chris Rogers is still in 2nd place for State Assembly. Votes are still being counted for State Assembly District Two but the latest tally has Rogers still in second with 20.6-percent of the vote, up from a previous 19.6-percent. Third place is Rusty Hicks, chair of the California Democratic Party, with 18.4-percent of the vote. Mike Greer, the sole Republican in the race, maintains a 28.3-percent lead. The top two vote getters in the primary will face each other in a runoff in November.
