A subsidiary of a worldwide building materials company has purchased two smaller construction material companies in Santa Rosa. CRH’s Americas Materials Solutions have purchased Bodean Company and Northgate Ready Mix. It adds two quarries, two ready mixed concrete plants, one asphalt plant and one recycle plant to its nationwide operations. CRH is a building materials supplier headquartered in Ireland with nearly 3,400 locations worldwide The purchase of Bodean Company and Northgate Ready Mix marks CRH’s first moves into California.
