Weapons confiscated from Windsor High School 4-9-24 (Windsor Police)

Police say two Windsor High School students arrested Tuesday had weapons on campus and one had threatened a student adviser. It was the first time a gun was found at the school. A staff member told the school’s resource officer that a 17-year-old student said they were going to physically hurt them. The staff member had approached the boy and another student in a bathroom when the boy acted aggressive and made further threats. The deputy located the boy and others associated with him and searched their belongings. A loaded, privately manufactured firearm, an empty high-capacity magazine and a knife were in the boy’s backpack. Another 17-year-old male student had a knife in his possession. Both students were arrested and booked into the Sonoma County juvenile hall in Santa Rosa.
