Manzana Products Company is delaying the closure and relocation of its apple processing plant in Sebastopol. The plant, which has been in operation for 102 years, was initially supposed to close by the end of 2025 and relocate to Washington state’s Yakima Valley. The move is now expected to come in the first quarter of 2026, due to delays in the delivery of heavy equipment needed for building the new Washington facility. The plant in Sebastopol produces organic apple juice, apple sauce and apple cider vinegar. Its 180 employees have been told about the updated relocation timeline.
