Protests against the Trump Administration continue to fill city streets in the North Bay.
On Thursday “Good Trouble Lives On” protests were held in Santa Rosa, Petaluma and Napa. They marked the fifth anniversary of the death of former Georgia congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis. More than 15-hundred similar events were held across the nation. Organizers say the protests were against the “most brazen rollback of civil rights in generations.”
They say the Trump Administration has been responsible for restrictions on voting rights, cuts to social safety nets, escalating immigration enforcement and attacks on free speech.
