The Pickett Fire in Napa County has burned more than 21-hundred acres of land with no containment.
The fast-moving fire started at about three o’clock Thursday afternoon, on the northern outskirts of Calistoga. It is burning in steep, forested terrain. Evacuation orders are in place for dozens of residents in the rural area.
The fire is moving away from the city of Calistoga. There are no reports of structures damaged or lost.
