A Napa County judge tentatively rules in favor of Dalla Valle Vineyards in a dispute with neighbors over a road easement.
The case also touches on county rules limiting the winery’s ability to host public tours, tastings, and marketing events. Dalla Valle produces 20 thousand gallons of wine annually in hills east of Oakville.
