A 36-year-old registered sex offender was arrested on the grounds of St. Francis Solano School on October 3rd.
The man, who is a transient, was on the school property around dismissal time, in violation of his registration terms. The Sonoma Index-Tribune reports school staff quickly notified police after spotting him intoxicated near where students were leaving. Police confirmed the man did not breach secured areas and that his arrest removes any threat to the community.
He was booked into Sonoma County Jail.
