A sexual harassment lawsuit against the Redwood Empire Food Bank and its former CEO, David Goodman, has been settled.
The lawsuit was filed by former executive Lisa Cannon earlier this year, alleging harassment and wrongful discharge. According to the Press Democrat, court documents confirm a conditional settlement was reached, preventing the case from going to trial next month. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
The Food Bank’s board notified donors, stating they are “pleased” the matter is resolved and remain focused on their mission of hunger relief.
