Big news for Santa Rosa’s Roseland neighborhood: Officials broke ground Friday on the long-awaited Hearn Hub Civic Complex.
According to the Press Democrat, the multi-million dollar project will bring a permanent library and a modern fire station to the Roseland area, delivering public services that the predominantly Latino community has advocated for for decades.
The complex is expected to be completed in summer 2027.
