Sentencing has been pushed back for a former Rohnert Park police officer convicted of shaking down drivers for cash and cannabis.
A judge moved Joseph Huffaker’s hearing to April 15th to give his new legal team more time to prepare.
Huffaker faces a potential five-year prison sentence for his role in a scheme where he posed as a federal agent to pull over and rob motorists during highway traffic stops.
