Up to three inches of rain and wind gusts as strong as 50-miles-per-hour are possible in Sonoma County today. A wind advisory is in effect through eleven a.m. for the Sonoma Coastal Range and North Bay Interior Mountains. Expect 1-2 inches of rain Tuesday with maybe an extra inch in the mountains. The National Weather Service is also forecasting a chance of thunderstorms, which are more likely along the coast. The storm is expected to move out of the North Bay overnight Wednesday into Thursday, but there will still be a small chance of rain showers through Thursday afternoon.
