A paranoid man armed with a shotgun has been arrested in Petaluma. Last night, a woman called 911 saying that 34-year-old Solomon Griffith was acting paranoid and believed people were after him. Police arrived at 125 Western Avenue where Griffith had fled on foot with a dufflebag that carried a shotgun. Several officers searched for Griffith until he was found a short while later in the area of 5th Street and A Street. Police made a high-risk stop and arrested Griffith but didn’t find the dufflebag or gun on him. A police K-9 found them in the bushes of a resident’s front yard on A Street.
