The man killed in an ATV rollover in Cloverdale has been identified. Forty-year-old Jorge Figueroa was riding with his 71-year-old uncle on a gravel road when the ATV overturned and crashed into a wire fence and pole. The CHP believe the ATV was going too fast as it approached a gate. Figueroa was pronounced dead at the scene while his uncle suffered minor injuries. Neither man was wearing a helmet.
