Two Brothers Arrested for Drugs and Weapons in Santa Rosa

A former felon has been arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking in Santa Rosa. While investigating a drug operation, police identified 32-year-old Jureath Som as a suspect. They conducted a probation search of his residence on the 400 block of Shepp Court and detained two people without incident, including Jureath’s brother, Juror Som. Jureath attempted to run by exiting a side door to the garage, but he was quickly detained. Detectives searched their shared bedroom and found about 2 ounces of suspected cocaine, a loaded semi-automatic handgun, packaging materials, a digital scale, and about $3,200. Jureath and Juror were arrested on various drugs and weapons charges.
