Local cooks make a median annual wage of 29-thosuand-550-dollars, and are paid a median hourly wage of 14 dollars and 21 cents. There are 110 cooks living in Santa Rosa. Rounding out the top three in the rankings are educational instruction and library workers, and mail clerks and mail machine operators. Earlier this week, physician was ranked as the highest-paying job in Santa Rosa. The median annual wage for a doctor is nearly eight times what it is for cooks at more than 222-thousand-dollars.
