There are multiple options to choose from, including strategic small injections of Botox or Dysport to open up the eyes, fillers to plump up the frame around the eyes (including the eyebrows, and the outer corners of the eyes to fill in sunken areas), Renuva (aka fat off the shelf) in those same areas, and finally EZ PRF Gel, which can be used in the hollows below the eyes to help light bounce back up into the eyes.
