PGELawsuit.com – Going Through the Claims Process

Host Michelle Marques talks with Doug Boxer from the Law Offices of Douglas Boxer, about the claims process for victims of the October 2017 fires. You can begin your claim online at PGELawsuit.com. For the October 2017 Fires and the Camp Fire, claims initially needed to be filed by December 31, 2020. That deadline has been extended to February 26, as some firms need more time to complete claims. However, some households may qualify for a preliminary payout of up to $25-thousand dollars, so time is of the essence. Mikal Watts, Doug Boxer and their team are ready to help you file your claim at their office located at 1001 West College Avenue in Santa Rosa.

PG&E has agreed to a $13.5 billion dollar settlement for victims of the Butte County fires, the October 2017 fires, the 2016 Ghost Ship fire, and the Camp Fire. The Kindcade Fire settlement includes over 1 billion dollars.

Sonoma County Focus – SF Cheese Fest 2020

sonomacountyfocussquare

Host Michelle Marques talks with Anthea Stolz, Executive Director of the California Artisan Cheese Guild about SF Cheese Fest: Holiday Edition. Normally SF Cheese Fest would be an in-person event with lots of cheese tasting, along with wine, beer, cider and live music.

But since they weren't able to celebrate SF Cheese Fest in person this year, they're bringing the cheese to you virtually! Find some incredible one-of-a-kind getaways, experiences, and, of course, cheese from Guild members and supporters. The Online Auction is from December 6th though December 13th. Click here to view the auction and bid on your favorite lots!

Founded in 2006, the California Artisan Cheese Guild is a statewide nonprofit organization of cheesemaker, cheese trade, and enthusiast members who work together to support California cheese. Guild members work to keep a traditional craft alive, to preserve flavors unique to our region, and to protect valuable working farmland in a densely populated state. The mission of the California Artisan Cheese Guild is to celebrate the quality and diversity of cheeses produced in California, through education, outreach, and partnerships.
