Matt and Tracy walk us through the various levels of care available to seniors, and compare things like nursing homes and convalescent hospitals to the more independent living options available at Cogir Senior Living. Matt and Tracy also talk about the way Cogir quickly adapted to the coronavirus pandemic, and ended up being the only senior living facilities in Sonoma County without an outbreak of COVID-19.
