An investigation is underway after a man’s body was found in a Healdsburg creek. The body was found by a passerby around 10:30 yesterday morning in Foss Creek in the area of Healdsburg Avenue and Sherman Street. Investigators have ruled out foul play, and an autopsy is being conducted by the Sonoma County Coroner’s Office to determine the cause of death.
