A Santa Rosa man is under arrest after allegedly causing a traffic accident before leading police on a chase. Saul Morales-Ramirez was initially involved in a traffic accident at around 1:30 yesterday afternoon near Farmers Lane and Highway 12. He then led police on a chase that eventually ended at Gordan Lane, where Morales-Ramirez ran from the car before being captured on Green Way. He was booked into jail on multiple charges, including driving under the influence, and is being held in lieu of ten-thousand dollars bail.
