A 32 year old Windsor man has been identified as the deceased driver in a overturned vehicle near Healdsburg. Severiano Alcantra was found dead Monday Morning inside the Dodge Ram that crashed overnight on Los Amigos Road. The pickup was found in a ditch and wasn’t spotted until that morning by another driver noticing damage to the guardrail. CHP is still trying to determine why Alcantra went straight through the curve instead of turning. Autopsy results are pending.
