Labor Community Meeting Being Held Thursday in Healdsburg

City of Healdsburg Image of the Event

The City of Healdsburg will host a community meeting Thursday night as part of a series surrounding labor. Called “Labor Days: Migrant and Service Community Experiences in Healdsburg,” the meeting will be held tomorrow from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Healdsburg Community Center. The focus will be on identity and equity in Healdsburg. Panelists include farm worker activist Zeke Guzmán of Latinos Unidos del Condado de Sonoma, Davin Cárdenas of North Bay Jobs with Justice, William Kamaka of Montage International and Black Oak Coffee Roasters’ Manager and Chef Beryl Adler. Child care, light refreshments and translation services will be provided.
