At the Table – Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts Department

Clark Wolf talks with Betsy Fischer, Chair of the Culinary Arts Department at Santa Rosa Junior College, and Cindy Mushet, Instructor for the Specialty Production Baking course at SRJC. The SRJC Bakery is open again after 2 years, due to the pandemic. Students prepare all kinds of delicious pastries, coffee, and desserts for the public to enjoy! Betsy and Cindy also share the amazing work the instructors do to help students learn all aspects of culinary arts: from hospitality, to culinary, and baking to front of the house. They hope to have the restaurant open in September.
