At the Table – Gravenstein Apple Fair: Life On The Farm

Host Clark Wolf talks with Ellen Cavalli, Membership & Marketing Manager for Sonoma County Farm Trails about the 2023 Gravenstein Apple Fair. The focus of today's show is the wonderful educational demos that you can visit at the Life On The Farm stage.

Guests in this show:

Gina Clemens, a UC Master Food Preserver who will be doing a demo on drying and preserving the apple harvest. Gina will also have an exhibit table all weekend on safe food preservation with other Master Preservers.

She has four very friendly sheep and loves working with their wool in particular. She'll be doing a demo on hand spinning and weaving, and bringing her home-made small loom to the Gravenstein Apple Fair.
